Default WHERE IS THE TXT FILES OF BOOK?

Dear friends,
Where is the TXT files of the Book? Example pag.166, custsvc.txt?
Need do I rewrite the text? :-(

Same question... Where are the scripts for pages 192 & 193? I downloaded Chap 6 to work thru SCD example, but didn't see the SQL scripts or text file...
