Default I can't Restore Database from this book

Dear Friends:
I had purchased the book "Expert SQL Server Integration Services".
I can't restore database that bring this book.
Please, can send me the script to create that database and the script to populate tables from this database.

I had download the code from this page and it contain database example. But, i can't restore from sql server 2005.
Anybody have script to build the structure of tables and populate this tables ? If somebody had restore that database, is easy to generate those script what i'm talking about.

It contains almost almost all database scripts from Microsoft itself.
