I am looking at the section under pages 126 and 127 to add headers and footers.

My report automatically had places for headers and footers so I did not need to add them, but I also don't have access to the method used in the book.

I clicked the table, clicked the left corner, right clicked to get the Report Properties and I get a dialog box SIMILAR to what is on page 127, I however cannot check any of the boxes in the Page headers and Page Footers sections. They are all greyed out.

I am not certain as to why. This may not impact anyone (it didn't me since I already had headers and footers by default) but it does not seem to match the book.

Okay, I think I know some more.

I was getting the Table header not the page header.

To get access to my Page header (and footer) I had to right click on the beige(non-printable) area under the layout tab.

Then if I selected properties I could see the check boxes (But not click them because they were greyed out) for header and footer. What I had to do was right click, select Header. Right Click again, Select footer, THEN I could get the properties and access the check boxes for Header and footer for the page.

My mistake. I think the book is correct.
