Default How to put Field data into the header

I am trying to build a report, the user selects from a list of surveys to report on. Once chosen I want the Survey Title to show up at the top of each page.

That sounds pretty simple to me. I added a text box to the header and put the code:
=Fields!ApplicationTitle.Value
into the text box.

I get this error:
The value expression for the textbox ‘txtTitle’ refers to a field. Fields cannot be used in page headers or footers.

So how can I get the value from a field value into the header?

Any code snippets or URLs would be appreciated.
