Default Initial Page is slow to load
The main default page for Reporting services is very slow to load. It takes on average about 30 seconds before I can access the site. Once I am in the site it moves fairly quickly. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Same goes for me. Initial page is very slow to load. Using DSL. Tests show fine. Still can't figure it out. Just started happening last Monday. I'm clueless. Have you found a solution?

You may need to tweak your application pool settings in IIS.
