Default Ch. 4 - Cascading Parameters
I'm trying to work through the exercise on pg. 106 and I'm getting somewhat frustrated. There are many differences between the code posted online and the code referenced in the text. Why isn't anything posted in the Errata section on this website?

At the same time, if the code has been changed, the mistake has already been noted... and it should be explained in the errata. The file I'm talking about was last modified in Dec. of last year.

On page 109, line 2 replace "StateProvinceCode" by "StateProvinceID"
