Default Ch. 7 - Managing Reports Using Program Code

I'm working through the exercise that starts on p. 205... I did everything exactly as written in the book... up to... but not including the section called "Adding a Reference to the Web Service" p. 210... my ListView looks like a plain white box... and not like the one pictured in Figure 7-6 (p. 210)... am I missing something?
