Default Conditional Expressions

I keep getting the following error when trying to view the results.

C:\Documents and Settings\jquinn.HHSIDEV\My Documents\Visual Studio Projects\Conditional Expressions\Conditional Expressions\ConditionalExpressions.rdl The color expression for the textbox ‘Quantity’ contains an error: [BC30201] Expression expected.

There are only two steps to this exercise. It seems so easy. What am I doing wrong? My test is identical to that in the book. Has anyone else had this problem?
