Default User can not view Report Manager contents

Hi there,

I have just finished installing Reporting Services and uploaded my first report. When one of my users goes into Report manager, they can see the folder and report, and can run the report without any issues. However, when another user goes into Report Manager, all he can see is the subscription and help options and the word 'Home' in the main screen....where my other users would see the folders etc.

Has anyone had this issue, and what security needs to be changed in order for him to have full access in Report Manager???

I have ensured that everyone has full access to all of the Reporting Services files.

When you say that you have "ensured that everyone has full access", how did you verify this? How did you set up your security permissions?
