This can be done through the Report Manager.

o Navigate to the Report Manager home page.(the same place you deploy your reports to)
o Open the report you wish to be emailed.
o Click on the 'Subscriptions' tab.
o Complete the Subscription form specifying who, what, when, and where the report is to be delivered.
o By default it is setup to be emailed from report server, you may also setup subscriptions where SRS writes the file to a specific location.
