Default How Do I add Parameters to hyperlinks in reports

I right clicked on a text box and went to the advanced options for the text box and selected that I wanted it to jump to a URL when the text box text is clicked. I typed in the URL and I want to add a parameter to it. I would like to know what the syntax is for this operation.

I want it to goto a webpage called
EDF_FileView_Main.aspx with the parameter of Fields!fileId.Value.
It would be great if I could open the page in a new window as well if that is possible.

Thanks
Michael Hsu
