Default Missing Code

I downloaded the code for the book and have two problems.
The readme file states:
Prior to opening this report project in Visual Studio.NET 2003, restore the AdventureWorksDW OLAP database using the Analysis Manager.
I can't find the AdventureWorksDW. When I search the web for it, the only references to it are for SQL Server 2005.

When I open the solution 'Professional SQL Reporting Services', the project SM_Reports is missing.

Anyone know the story here?
Where can I get the missing items?

Another problem I found was that some of the RDL contained the server name MINIME in the connection definition......the symptom is not being able to connect to the database...for example bubble.rdl had this problem......hope this helps...

Best Regards
Peter Nolan
