Default time outs

i have reports accessing a large database - 300 GB and taking long to process queries. have checked the - do not timeout report execution radio button in execution property pages. yet any report that crosses 60 minutes leads to the messaage - the web site is experiencing technical difficulties and no data presentation. have also attempted tweaking settings in the machine.config, rsreportserver.config files. would love to know solution to this problem.

thanks,
