In the report designer I'm using a multi-value parameter to pick States. When I preview in report designer there is a checkbox for select all, however when I deploy to Report Manager the "select all" option disappears.

What causes this and how can I get it to show up?

Did you ever find a resolution to this problem? I am experiencing the same problem.

I didn't end up finding a solution. I just defaulted all of the values to selected and moved on to something else. It really isnt the best solution and perhaps they've come out with a service pack to fix it by now. If you find anything I'd still love to know.
