Default UI Suppression connectivity issues

I am trying to do UI suppression, but the connection appears to go away without warning(I receive a video state change event, state=none and the other party receives a conversation removed) and without an error message.

When I run in non-UI suppression mode I do not have the problem.

How can I diagnose the problem to determine the cause? Any suggestions on how to compensate for the issue?

Thanks,

Tim
