Default Chapter20 CalcApp Error

I get the following error while debugging the CalcApp project.

An error occurred creating the form. See Exception.InnerException for details. The error is: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {5D5B0F7F-4D0C-11D5-83E2-0040957713FA} failed due to the following error: 80040154.

 HELP!
