Default Extending the Properties Window ?

On page 27, below “Extending the Properties Window”, the statement “
To show how you can use these attributes on your own components, start with adding a simple field - backed property to your component”.

Then below that appears a small code snipit.

Where does this go (what file, window, etc) ?
