Default Connecting to MS.Access

My project is connecting to Microsoft Access(2013). When I run my codes, I always receive the message "The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDb.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine."
In contrast, this codes run without any problem with my friends' laptop. There is problem only with my laptop( 64bits ).
Before I use Microsoft Office (2010) and It have the same problem. After that I also install "AccessDatabaseEngine" but it still doesn't work.
Please help me to solve this problem.
