Can you provide instructions on getting the Chapter 7 code about WP7 push notifications to run? I am sending tile and toast notifications to the phone emulator, however, the phone isn't receiving them. I'm using the Wrox code as is with no changes. The channel URI is the same between the phone and the client application.
