Chapter 16_code missing project

Hi,

Seems that for chapter 16 one project is missing Chapter 16\PerstWP7\PerstWP7.csproj could you please fix it? This is a key project for this chapter.

Seems that it works without this project, just an error in sln file. You could skip or delete this post
