SharePoint set-up

I m the new in the SharePoint development. I have started to read 'Begining -SharePoint 2013 Development' book.
But it seems that before start I need to have below software to get installed on my system to start it.

1. SharePoint set-up
2. Office 365
3. Share Point Foundation or SharePoint Server.
4. Visual Studio 2012 professional or above
5. Window Azure SDK & Window Azure tool for Visual Studio
6.Window Azure subscription
7. SharePoint designer 2013

If anybody has any of these set-up files then kindly share it with me. I would appreciate your help.
