I just picked up this book and am enjoying it so far, however I'm on Charter two and have noticed that in more than a couple times the author has referred to an image as if it were included with the book. Now, I don't know about the rest of you, but my book came CD-less and I found no information on any publicly-shared images (only source code). COuld someone please tell me where I can find the pics like, "CityGroundSmall.jpg"; PongBackground.dds, PongMenu.png and PongGame.png. I figure there will be more "hidden" files in later chapters, so the sooner I know, the better. Thanks!
