I can't get the XNA Shooter to work. Even the included .exe does not work. I get a black screen with pixel movement in the upper left corner.

I assumed from other posts with similar problems that a content file was missing. However, if I attempt to re-add missing content I get a 'Duplicate File' error. Also, there is no error reported in Debug-mode.

Has anyone experienced this problem and been able to solve it.

It started but I couldn't get past the main menu. It wouldn't let me click anything!

That's just my own problem I'm having...

I figured it out...Just turn the multisampler off and it works fine. Apparently, my video card does not support it.

As far as the post re: Menu system on this topic I had the same issue. I just set my screen resolution to 1024 x 768 manually and it worked fine.

My resolution is 1024 x 768 and I still can't click anything on the menu...

I tried Rocket Commander and it didn't work either... hmmm....

I also have problems!!
The first time I installed & ran, I got to the menu & an option would highlight if I moved the mouse over it, but nothing happens on left click.
After restarting my pc, on running the app from the desktop icon, it jest says it needed to close & offers to send the usual error report to microsoft

I loaded the XNA 1.0 Refresh yesterday. I wonder if this is significant?
