I also have the same concern; it seems as though a third edition is about to be published but it is not necessarily intuitive for readers to have to visit the publisher's site (let alone for an older edition) in order to find errata (especially if they are burried in a forum).
Perhaps a loose-leaf could be distributed with new copies of the book or the publisher could include a suggestion to readers to check the website for errata as part of the book's text?
