Default Page 99: doCombine's formal parameter level not needed

The int formal parameter level in doCombine is a hold-over from doPermute. It is not mentioned in doCombine's body except in the actual parameter level + 1 in the recursive call; hence, it cannot have any effect on doCombine's computation. The solution could be improved by removing this parameter.

Regards,

Wayne
