Hi,
i would like to purchase this book, but the best option for me would be a pdf version of it. I do a lot of reading on my smartphone and notebook, but i am not a big fan of the kindle format. Sadly, i have only been able to find the paperback version and the kindle one.
Are there plans to release a pdf version?

Let me stress, I have ABSOLUTELY NO EXPERIENCE of this sort of conversion. I avoid Kindle like the plague - even the Luddites call me old-fashioned.
