Once again I'm working through the book. Everything is working now up to Chapter 7. Everything except the addanapp.aspx. If I go to Settings, Add an App the page that should display the app templates displays but the app templates don't appear and it just states: loading...

I've let this go on for several hours now and it still hasn't loaded. I found a similar issue to mine at:

The OP for this thread never got a resolution.

Help would be appreciated
