Default Simple Starter website

Hi, Ive bought the umbraco user guide book and have been reading through and doing the exercises. However, im on chapter 3 (document types) and on page 57 it says if you followed the installation steps in chapter 1 (which I have) you should see several document types, But I dont. The only document types that are available to me are Homepage and Textpage. Am i doing something wrong or have the initial structure of the starter kit changed with the newer versions?

Just want to make sure im not doing things wrong here and im on the correct lines, when you are inexperienced with something you tend to doubt yourself. Well I do lol

Thanks

Paul
