Apologies if this is the wrong place. It's easy to get lost in here!

First time trying to install Worpress and I can't get the install.php url to work.

So far i've downloaded, unzipped, and uploaded Wordpress 3.1 onto the ftp.

I've entered the database info and the key/salt codes onto a new wp-confip.php file and uploaded that to the ftp.

The host server automatically creates 2 folders on the ftp 'logs' and 'web'. Like other sites i've put all the wp files into 'web' believing this to be the root folder.

All the files are there but the url won't work (404 Not Found).

I've asked for assistance from the hosts but I doubt they'll get back to me before morning.

I asked this question earlier on the Wordpress.org forum. The kind responder said there was no sign of any wp files in the root folder of the server and to contact the hosts.

Any help would be appreciated.
