Default Chapter 1 Missing "PPQ.master does not exsist"
Hello all,

Just started this book and the first "run" I get an error and it says:

The file'/skeleton/PPQ.master'does not exist.

There is no PPQ master in the skeleton directory and copying the file from the complete does not work. I am only on page 27 and have had no reference of the master page yet.

Thanks for any help
