I have a fairly naive question from Chapter 8 of this book. Although it is not very sophisticated it is driving me mad trying to discover where I might be able to produce an about box for my Calculator.

I am not using Visual Studio Express, but rather I have the Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise Edition. When I go to the solution explorer and right click and choose Add..., the Add New Item dialog Box appears with the various choices of Templates to choose from. There is no About Box template. I have searched the Index and help files as well as the Internet and I can find no reference of how to create an About Box using Visual C#. I was figuring that my IDE was different and his the About Box in the Tool Box possibly or somewhere else. I cannot even find the Class for the About Box.

Has anyone had this problem or can some one shed some light on my dilemma, point me in the right direction? Thank you so much.
