Default Purpose of this forum and restrictions

For now, this will be the one forum on C# 2005 and Visual C# 2005. If there's a need to break into more forums later we can.

Discussion of Visual C# Express Edition is also OK here.

Please note: If you are under an NDA related to C# 2005, please don't post any information here that will violate your NDA. This is a public forum, not associated with the Microsoft beta program.
