Crytal Report Runtime

In my program I use Crystal Report. I published it and ran on another computer. It gave an error.

The message is:
"Unable to install or run this application. This application requires your system to be updated to CrystalDecisons.ReportSource Version 10.2.3600.0"

As I understood I must upgrade Crsytal Report on that computer but I can't find. How can I get it or what should I do?
