i need help i cant seem 2 find how to include " character in a text box wen ever you try to the compiler just thinks uv ended the command

 textBox3.Text = ("example "in quotes" ");
it just wont allow it

i think the answer is in the char command i rember in vb it was but i just cant seem to fint the rite char command
