Delete Recorde from DatagrideView

I need to delete recorde from datagride view.The Data gride was load using text box input .there is no database.Now I need to delete selected recode when I press Delete Button(not a keyboard Delete Key).If You Know how to do this plese help me........

DataGridView dgv;
dgv.Rows.RemoveAt(dvg.index);
Give it a shot!It may help.
