Microsoft Project 2007 HelpLaunch

I have a custom addin for MS Project 2007, written in C#. I am adding a help button, trying to call the project function HelpLaunch.

Has anybody used this before? I am trying to run the pageid HP01225952 but can only get search help page.

Cannot find any documentation so any help would be appreciated.
