Will I be graded on this? Are there any prizes?

Why are you posting this in a C# forum, when the questions are clearly for C?

Look, we're not going to help you , mainly because you are not asking for 'help', you are asking for us to do the work for you (and because none of the places you are asking have any relevance to C programming).

2 seconds on Google managed to find an answer for the first question, so stop being so lazy and do the work yourself.

You're wrong; and you probably know that yourself.

The comments you got were useful; they told you that you need to do some research yourself. They also told you that the way you post your questions here makes it sound like you want other people to do your work. You were also told how and where to get information and how to ask better questions.

The way you come across right now is as a lazy person. You didn't show you did some research yourself, you didn't tells us what you already know, and what you were having troubles with. All you said was "fix this".

If you think those comments are unnecessary, waste time and are confusing, then you're the one who's confused.

And there are plenty of those people here. However, you are asking us to do your HOMEWORK for you as you have said in your previous posts! As Imar, Peter, and Sam suggested, you are being lazy and want someone to give you the answers without demonstrating what you actually know. On top of that you posted this very same question in 2 other, equally irrelevant, forums.

So my advice to you is:
First: Work the problem, do some research and, as Sam said, the answer to your first question was easily found on Google.

Second: Apply the techniques that you turned up through your research to your problems and try to solve them yourself.

Third: If you are unable to solve all 3 of your problems post these questions in the C and C++ specific forums (C# != C++) along with the code that you have wrote to try and solve these problems. That will at least tell the people that are here to HELP you that you have attempted to solve the problem on your own.

As you said, you don't want us to waste your time but in turn you are wasting ours by being lazy and just wanting your questions answered with very little input from yourself. Had your original post followed the three steps that i mentioned above, you would have certainly got a much more postive response from all of us.
