Dear friends ,

         I have made SMS SERVER using C# DOT NET , that works for broadcasting messages and
also works fine for interactive mode.

        But I have not been able to work binary messaging (eg : sending ringtone ) portion.
Please kindly suggest me the appripiate LIBRARY (with CODE ) that supports BINARY MESSAGING (eg : Sending Ringtone ).
