How to use third partyTTS engine in C# Development

Hi,

I am using C#(2.0) and SAPI 5.1 in windows XP machine. I want to use different voices for different languages. I currently have Sam,Mike,Mary and simplified chinese voice.

Could you please specify a free third party tts engine for french language, which can be used for development.

How to use the third party tts engine in c#?
