Default download time

hai

 This is Noor Mohammed. I have develop one project,nearly it takes 150 current currency values from the website.Nearly it takes 60 seconds to 75 seconds how to find the download time.

i.e., i want accurate seconds for fetching the currencyvalues from website.

By posting the same question over and over again, the answers don't get any better. Providing relevant context and information usually do help....
