DataGridview checkbox isssue

Hai

I am Noor mohammed i my application form there are 10 rows in datagridview.In datagridview checkboxcolumn is added.depending on condition,records placed 1 to upto records .. for eg . if two or three came and placed in datagridview ..but checkbox is placed in all the 10 rows.to avoid the checkbox for empty rows.
