Default Cannot open in VCE a Program.cs file

If I select in VCE 2008 to open a file when the extension .cs, than it won't because in the window "Objects of type:" the extension .cs is not listed.
Only if I double-click in Windows Explorer the file <name>.cs then VCE opens and shows me the program.
Edit: And if I have it in the VCE, then the Debug arrow is grey: only with a copy/past in a new console program it will run.
How can I solve this problem?
