Ahmad, what do you want to know?
The programming language is only a small part of the game. What do you like to program? Creating Web pages it's good to know HTML and JavaScript, and some scripting library. Creating Windows applications, C# and XAML helps. Creating the server side part of Web applications? Use ASP.NET MVC.

Do you want to read this?
"Of course, C# is best to continue. Read Professional C# 5.0 and .NET 4.5.1, this does not only cover the language itself but all the parts of the framework - including Windows Runtime apps" ;-)

Greetings,
