Try "Professional C++" by Solter & Kleper; wrox; 2005. Appendix A gives about 20 pages on preparation for interviews in C++

My advice as an interviewer in the past - dont try to fool the interviewer if you dont know the subject very well. Your ignorance will always show and that will go badly against you. Much better to be honest if you are not up-to-date in your knowledge.

Good luck

Alan

You can also check out TestDome for some programming tests which would help you prepare for whiteboard or paper or some similar coding tests.
For example try solving some C++ coding tests.
