Default Security

Hai everyone...i hope somebody willing to give me an idea in how to improve file security. Ok, let say we already done develop a software by using C++, we debug it and create a installation cd, then after installation everything are going ok but how can we protect after installation file like dll, exe, txt and anything inside the folder ?. i don't want it to be directly deleted.

Ok, thanks
