What is this for??

I understand it is for a class but the date is very old

I can complete them but if it is for a class you should learn it yourself

I'm looking for a source code (in Visual C++) to record sound from micro on sound card and compress it on the standard GSM 6.10 codec and save it into file *.Wav ( nearly the file sndrec32.exe in Window XP). I hope to receive the help from eaveryone. thank you !
