Default MP3 Convertor in C++

I have to develop a file convertor(.wav to mp3 and vice-versa) in C/C++. For the same I need initial help and if possible, please refer me some sites which can help to start with my Project work.

do you want us to search in the web for you? that is lazy. why you don't try yahoo.com wav to mp3 in c++, you will see something like this:

you may use the "LameMP3" encoder as a library to ease ur programming.

But remember it's olny usefull in VC++ or simillar
