Default What happened to Professional MFC

I know that the forum seems to have an aversion to MFC, but can someone clue me in as to why Wrox no longer refers to Mike Blaszczak's Professional MFC with Visual C++ 6? It was published by Wrox Press. Why would they stop listing it?
