Default help with my program (displaying a pic on screen)

I want my program to display always a pic on the corner of a screen no mather what ex. watching a film, playing games ,...

I just don't know where to start.

Thanks to anyone willing to help me

Put the picture on a form then set the form's TopMost property to true.

If you are trying to get it to stay on top of games that use full screen modes of Direct X or OpenGl you will have a bit more trouble though. There are ways around this like forcing the game client into windowed mode using a 3rd party software. That's what most people do.

May I ask what game you are hac... I mean experimenting with?

well i just write game fore example, mainly it will be used with films, it's a TV logo
