Default VDO STREAM FOR NETWORK

I want online video (realtime) on webpage but I don't know process for it .And I want tool for this work. Now, I connect camera with circuit(board eletronics) of my design and this circuit connect client by LAN .Please you tell me for process of send this file VDO stream to server. Thank you

you mean you have a camera connected to the client and you want the video stream to be taped by something on the server.
If that is what you want, try exploring H323 lines examples of TAPI in the platform SDK.
